The dreams and aspirations of our clients are the foundation of our firm.
CT Design + Development is a team of design professionals providing architecture, master planning, development, and interior design services. Our portfolio includes mixed-use projects, private homes, multi-family residences, commercial offices, transportation, athletic, industrial, and physical and mental health facilities.
We listen intently to our clients’ needs and provide smart, economical solutions that are managed efficiently and effectively from concept to completion, all while delivering the highest level of design. We intentionally work on a variety of scales and building typologies. The diversity of our experience and expertise leads to cross-pollination of ideas through our practice, delivering fresh and powerful solutions for our clients.
Development
In addition to architectural services, we are intimately familiar with the development process, and the value of a strong relationship between Architect + Developer + Contractor in delivering complex projects. We partner on development projects as often as we can, and add value through our understanding of predevelopment services, proforma, financial incentives, entitlements, cost estimating, planning, constructability, rendering and project visualization.
Sustainability
Sustainable design is imbedded in every aspect of our firm. The affect that our built environment has on the natural environment in which we all live is as important to our team as it is to our clients. We have been delivering LEED certified and sustainable projects across the country since 2004, including the first certified LEED Platinum building in the state of Missouri. The studio has joined the AIA 2030 Commitment and continues the drive to deliver smart, cost-effective sustainable design strategies.
Collaboration
Each new endeavor is a team effort involving all members of the studio. Principals Chris Cunningham and Connor Treanor are engaged with every project and are assisted by an elite team of senior architects, project managers and support staff throughout conception, design, documentation, and construction.
