Lauren Ostrow

Lauren is the office manager at CT Design + Development, bringing a wealth of experience and a touch of pizazz to her role. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in musical theatre from the University of Northern Colorado, Lauren has successfully balanced her passion for performance with her administrative skills.

Throughout her career, Lauren has held various administrative roles, working in tandem with her professional performance career. However, for the past 10 years, she has dedicated herself exclusively to the architecture and design realm. Her broad experience in this field has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the industry and its unique demands.

As office manager, Lauren is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and provides support at all levels of the business including HR, finance, and project support; anything and everything to make her colleagues’ work life a little easier.

When she’s not multi-tasking at work, Lauren cherishes time with her husband Sean and their three beautiful children, Miles, Avery, and Henry, and doggo, Mabel.
