Connor is a founding principal at CT Design + Development with 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry. Throughout his career, Connor has been involved in large-scale commercial projects in both the public and private sectors, with projects spanning seven countries and three continents. He believes good design is inherently sustainable, and brings as much enthusiasm and creativity to the design of a client’s home as he does to a large scale civic project. After working on projects across the globe, Connor couldn’t be happier to bring his experience back to his hometown of Lawrence, Kansas.

Prior to founding CT Design + Development, Connor has worked as an architect, developer, and general contractor at various stages of his career. He holds a degree in business management from Baker University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Kansas. He is a licensed architect in the states of Kansas, Missouri and Colorado.

When Connor is not working, you can find him cheering on the Jayhawks and spending time with his wife, Angela, and their two beautiful daughters — usually with an old dog hanging around.
